We are an Eco-Friendly, Yoga studio offering Therapeutic, All Level Yoga & Hot Pilates classes in a friendly, community driven environment.
We offer heated and non heated class types.
We are located near the Dondanville Beach Access Ramp in St. Augustine Beach, Florida.

Our Yoga Room has:

Special Yoga Flooring! It's soft and easy to clean!
This floor absorbs impact, so it is easy on your joints.
(antimicrobial and anti-fungal too!)

Real Accent Brick Wall (this room looks and smells amazing)

Bar along the back wall, available for all classes. Use it if you need assistance getting up off the floor, or when balancing.
