The Hot 26 & 2 class series is offered in three formats:

Original Hot Beginners 26 & 2 (90 minute class)
This class consists of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises in a heated room, this class is for all levels. -
Hot 26 & 2 (60 minute class)
This is a shorter version of the original 26 & 2 class, all levels welcomed. -
Hot 26 & Tunes
During this class the instructor will practice with students to music of choice. There will be less verbal instruction than in the traditional Hot 26&2 class, all levels are welcomed.
